haiz..trainin again..

hey.. i am now in FuJian..a reali hard place for trainin.. coz the trainin programme here is reali like hell..now everyday jus feel tired..it is so tiring..

hmmm.. im currently in Henan, China.. jus had a hard week of trainin here..now my whole body is suffering pains of muscle.. and i am going to Fujian tomoro.. i wil be more tiring over there.. haiz.. wish me luck ya..
